I am thrilled to say that my photograph “Canoodling in the Mist” has been shortlisted in the current Click! Photography Competition run by Steve Parish Publishing.

This photograph depicts the close and loving bond between a pair of rainbow lorikeets on a cold and wet afternoon in my garden.

Canoodling in the Mist – shortlisted in Click! Steve Parish Photography Competition

Hi Sue, thanks for your interest in my photography – I have sent you an e-mail.
Lesley, my daughter (who is 12) is taking painting classes. Her next painting is to worked in a limited range of colours; very primary. As a budding ornathologist, she plans to paint rainbow lorrikeets. While looking for suitable photos to use as a model, we came across your site. She loves yours photos, and is wondering if you would mind if she painted Canoodling in the Mist. Her art teacher is hoping, if the painting is finished in time, for her enter it into the Brookfield Show. Examples of her other paintings (in case you’re worried she might wreck your beautiful image) are online at http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=116606&id=776949135&l=84790757dd.
